Breakfast is the best meal of the day.  Period.  The only thing more exciting than breakfast, is when you have breakfast for dinner; which is exciting because you get to have the same meal twice in the same day.  Ever been excited having lunch for dinner?  How about dinner for breakfast?  This is a one way street of awesome and it’s paved with bacon and eggs.

This weekend I was fortune enough to go out for breakfast twice: Saturday was Bakin’ and Eggs; Sunday it was Toast Too’s time to shine.    Oddly enough I ended up having a form of french toast at both places, even though previous to the weekend I had probably had french toast two times in past eighteen months.  Both places are great (although I prefer Bakin’ and Eggs in general) and the french toast was awesome from both.

So while I didn’t have breakfast for dinner, instead electing the also popular ‘breakfast for breakfast’, it was still a great time at both places.
